One Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery Fellowship position is available annually with a start date of August 1.

Eligibility

International medical graduates must be certified by the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates, or ECFMG, prior to submitting an application. The program will consider sponsorship for J-1 visas only. No H-1B visa requests will be considered.

Application Procedure

Applications are accepted exclusively through the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists. To be considered complete, applications must be submitted by May 1, 2024 and must include:

  • A current curriculum vitae.
  • All United States Medical Licensing Examination score reports.
  • A personal statement.
  • Three letters of recommendation (including one from the residency program director).
  • An ECFMG certificate, if applicable.

In addition, Council on Resident Education in Obstetrics and Gynecology score reports must be submitted via email at the time of application.

The program participates in the National Resident Matching Program and complies with all NRMP policies and procedures. 

Interview Process

Selected candidates will be contacted for interviews by May 24, 2024. Interviews will take place virtually in July 2024.
